Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms
Beasova is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our various services and products.
2. Digital Products & Services
For digital products and services (courses, software, subscriptions):
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Product must not have been substantially consumed or downloaded
- Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; refunds are prorated based on unused time
- Custom development work is non-refundable once work has commenced
3. Distribution Services
For content distribution services (Beasova Originals):
- Setup fees are non-refundable once content has been submitted to platforms
- Annual distribution fees may be refunded within 14 days if content has not yet been distributed
- Royalties earned are subject to platform-specific payment terms
4. Event Management Services
For event management and consulting services:
- Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled by Beasova
- Cancellations 30+ days before event: 50% refund of total fee
- Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at beasovacompany@gmail.com with your order details, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms of service. Beasova reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund requests.
