Software Policy

1. Software Licensing

All software developed and distributed by Beasova Tech is licensed, not sold. This license grants you the right to use the software subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Permitted Use

Under this license, you may:

• Install and use the software on devices as specified in your license agreement
• Make backup copies for archival purposes
• Transfer the license to another party with written consent from Beasova

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the software without authorization
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent any technological protection measures

4. Custom Development

For custom software development projects:

• Intellectual property rights are defined in individual project agreements
• Source code ownership depends on the contract terms
• Maintenance and support terms are specified separately

5. Updates and Support

Software updates may be provided at Beasova's discretion. Support services are available as per your service agreement or subscription plan.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
